Limiting beliefs, those pesky little things that hold us back from living the life we desire to live. 

Identify an area of your life that is less than ideal, it can be finances, your career or relationships, health, etc. Trying to tackle change in multiple areas at one time is a bit overwhelming, so I am going to walk you through focusing on one area in your life and beginning the journey of shifting those mindsets surrounding that area.

  3. Release 
  4. Replace
  5. Reinforce
